    • Large spaces (7,000 to 10,000 sq ft) : $0.08 to $0.35/sq ft

  • Minimum visit fee : $50 per visit.

  • Tasks specialized :

    • Microwave/coffee maker cleaning: $2 to $5 per appliance.

    • Tile/Grout Maintenance: $0.12–$0.21/sq ft ($3-5 if high pressure)
